Sensory Grimlin is a rock trinket added in The Reheated Update.

Effects

• While held, sits on top of Golem's head. While in uncleared rooms, if Golem walks in the cardinal direction towards where the Sensory Grimlin is facing, it will cause them to rapidly shoot tears in that direction which deal Golem's damage.
  • The direction the Sensory Grimlin shoots in changes with each room entered.
• While dropped on the ground, Sensory Grimlin will continue to shoot tears in the direction Golem moves, with the tears dealing 3.5 damage.
  • Dropping the Sensory Grimlin will change the direction it is aiming towards.
• Holding multiple types of Grimlins will stack them on top of each other. Each Grimlin gets stronger the more the player has, acting as a +1 to their Trinket Multiplier.

Interactions

• Trinket Multipliers / Henge Rock: Multiplies the damage Sensory Grimlin's tears deal. Golden Sensory Grimlins will deal increased damage even while dropped.
• Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Sensory Grimlin rerolls it into Trimlin.

Trivia

• Sensory Grimlin is based off of the Sensory Grimace, which are stone turrets that rapidly fire bullets in a specific direction if the player walks in a certain direction as indicated by the arrow on their head.
